Announcement Detail Reference to the Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting of Walaa Cooperative Insurance Company convened on Tuesday, 21/05/2025G corresponding to 23/11/1446H, that included election of new Board of Directors for new term of three years from 26/05/2025G to 25/05/2028G.

 

 

During the meeting held on 22/06/2025G corresponding to 26/12/1446H, the Board of Directors elected the Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Board, subject to Insurance Authority approval.

 

Walaa Cooperative Insurance Company announces that Insurance Authority approval has been received on 16/07/2025G corresponding to 21/01/1447 for the appointment of Mr. Abdullatif Khalifah Almulhem as the Chairman and Mr. Ahmed Ali Al-Quraishi as the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors .
