Al Rashid Industrial Co purchased factory site in First Industrial City in Al-Qassim

Al Rashid Industrial Co. acquired an existing factory site located in the First Industrial City in Al-Qassim, for SAR 1.9 million, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

All approvals have been finalized with the Industrial Cities Authority, the statement noted, adding that the purchase includes buildings and lease contracts for the Industrial Cities Authority with an area of ​​5,400 square meters.
 

The transaction will be financed from the company’s internal sources, and it aligns with its strategic expansion plans for plastic products.

 

The site comprises an industrial plot within the First Industrial City in Al-Qassim with industrial buildings included.

 

The company expects the transaction to have a positive impact on boosting production lines and its market share over the coming years, the statement added.
