Leen Alkhair reappoints Saud Al-Shuraim as Chairman

Nomu-listed Leen Alkhair Trading Co.’s board decided to appointed Saud Al-Shuraim as Chairman. The decision came during the newly elected board’s first meeting on Nov. 22.

Mishari Al-Tamimi was named Vice Chairman, Abdullah Al Shuraim as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), and Yahya Hanfi as Board Secretary, the company said in a statement to Tadawul, today, Nov. 23.

The board also approved the formation of the audit committee and the nomination and remuneration committee, chaired by Mishari Al-Tamimi, with Saud Al-Shuraim and Mohamed Attia as members.

Additionally, the board approved the appointment of the company’s representatives to the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) for all matters related to the implementation of the Capital Market Law and its executive regulations.

The appointed representatives are Saud Al-Shuraim as Chairman, and Abdullah Al Shuraim as Managing Director and CEO.
