Mayar reappoints Thamer Al Rayes as Chairman

Mayar Holding Co.’s newly elected board of directors decided on Nov. 24 to reappoint Thamer Al Rayes as Chairman, and Turki bin Rayes as Vice Chairman.

 

According to a statement to Tadawul, the board also approved the appointment of the board secretary, in addition to the appointment of the company’s representatives to the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) for all matters related to the implementation of the Capital Market Law and its executive regulations.

 

The board further approved the formation of the executive and investment committee including Thamer Al Rayes, Abdulmajeed Al Shaikh, Turki bin Rayes and Mohammed Al Mahous.

 

Moreover, the nomination and remuneration committee included Ahmed Al Furaih, Mohammad Al Rayes, and Mohammed Alshaikh, while the audit committee consisted of Raeed AlJalajel, Ahmed Al Furaih and Abdulrahman Alamro.
