MBC Group subsidiary secures government contract for production, event management

MBC Group’s subsidiary, MBC Media KSA LLC, signed a service contract with a government entity, following the awarded bid, to provide production and event management services in Saudi Arabia under a budget that covers all related delivery costs.

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said the contract is valid for four months from the date of signing, noting that its value exceeds 5% of the company’s total revenue based on the latest audited annual financial statements for 2024.

The company noted that the impact of the contract is expected to be reflected in its 2026 financial results.

There are no related parties to the deal, the statement added.

According to data available with Argaam, MBC Media was awarded a project by a government entity on Oct. 26, 2025, to provide production and event management services in Saudi Arabia.

The company’s total revenue in 2024 amounted to SAR 4.2 billion, indicating that the project’s value exceeds SAR 200 million.
