MIS expects a positive financial impact of HUMAIN contract from Q4 2025

Al Moammar Information Systems Co. (MIS) signed, on Nov. 25, a contract for high-density AI cluster data center colocation services project with Future Artificial Intelligence Co. (HUMAIN) for SAR 51.23 million, including VAT.

 

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said the contractual term is 60 months. MIS expects a positive financial impact starting from Q4 2025.

 

No related parties are included, the statement added.
