MIS inks SAR 64.6M contract with SDAIA

Al Moammar Information Systems Co. (MIS) signed on Nov. 25 a contract valued at SAR 64.6 million, including VAT, with the Saudi Data and AI Authority (SDAIA).

 

The 36-month contract covers the provision of IT products and services, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The financial impact of the agreement is expected to be reflected as of Q4 2025.

 

There are no related parties to the deal, the company added.

 

MIS secured orders, project awards, or signed contracts with SDAIA worth SAR 1.04 billion since the beginning of 2025, according to data available with Argaam.
