Arabian Shield reappoints Naif Alkabeer as Chairman, Sameer Alwazzan as Vice Chairman

Arabian Shield Cooperative Insurance Co. announced that the Insurance Authority has issued its approval today, Nov. 26, for the reappointment of Prince Naif Bin Sultan bin Mohammed Bin Saud Alkabeer as Chairman, and Sameer Alwazzan as Vice Chairman.

The authority also approved the formation of the board’s committees, including the executive committee, the nomination and remuneration committee, the investment committee, the risk committee, the Shariah committee, and the audit committee.

According to the company, the executive committee includes Sameer Alwazzan as Chairman, as well as Raed Alsaif, Saud Bajbair and Adel Abalkhail as members. Meanwhile, the nomination and remuneration committee is chaired by Mohammed bin Ali and includes Taha Azhari and Sameer Alwazzan as members.

The investment committee includes Raed Alsaif as Chairman, in addition to Abdullah AlMishal, Salman Alsudairi and Turki Almotawa as members.

Moreover, the Shariah committee comprises Omar Zuhair Hafez as Chairman, as well as Yasser Abdulaziz Al-Marshadi  and Saud Rashid Al Khudair as members.
