SAL Saudi Logistics Services Co. signed an agreement to provide logistics services and lease operational facilities to Riyadh Air, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 
The contract value, service charges, and the rental areas for the required facilities will be determined based on the pricing schedule specified in the agreement.
 

The agreement includes providing logistics services and access to dedicated operational facilities, including areas and warehouses equipped to support the storage of aircraft engines and spare parts at King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh.

 

The agreement will take effect on Nov. 26, for a duration of three years, with an option for renewal or termination in accordance with the agreed terms and conditions.

 

SAL expects the agreement to have a positive financial impact on its results during the contract period, highlighting that it aligns with the company’s commitment to enhancing its logistics capabilities and supporting the overall growth of the sector in the Kingdom.

 

There are no related parties to the deal, the statement added.
