Raydan implements 53.7% capital reduction to amortize accumulated losses
Raydan Food Co. said its accumulated losses were reduced to 35.8% of capital, reaching SAR 26.25 million, according to a statement to Tadawul.
The reduction in accumulated losses is due to reduction of the company’s capital by 53.74% from SAR 158.08 million to SAR 73.14 million, based on the approval of the company’s extraordinary general assembly meeting (EGM) held on Nov. 2, 2025.
According to data available with Argaam, Raydan’s shareholders approved recently the board’s recommendation to reduce capital by 53.74% to restructure capital to amortize accumulated losses.
