Al Akaria inks contract with subsidiary to develop Al-Narjis Business Park

Saudi Real Estate Co. (Al Akaria) signed today, Nov. 30, a contract with its wholly owned subsidiary, Saudi Real Estate Construction Co. (Tamear), to carry out the development of Al-Narjis Business Park in Riyadh’s Al-Narjis district.

 

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said the 730-day contract covers civil, structural, architectural, electromechanical, and external works for the project.

 

Al-Narjis Business Park will feature leasable spaces, including offices, restaurants, outdoor plazas, and landscaped green areas, the statement added.

 

Al Akaria expects the financial impact of the project to begin reflecting in its financial statements from Q4 2025. The company said no related parties are involved.

 

Al Akaria won the project in October, according to Argaam data.
