The Capital Market Authority (CMA) approved Al Rajhi Capital’s request for the public offering of Al Rajhi Monthly Distribution Fund 3.

The market regulator warned that investing without carefully reviewing the fund’s terms and conditions (T&Cs) or fully understanding its content could carry significant risks.

It also advised investors to thoroughly read the T&Cs, which provide detailed information about the fund, its investment strategy, and associated risk factors. This review would enable investors to assess the feasibility of the investment while considering the related risks.

The CMA further urged investors to consult the fund manager for clarification if they found the T&Cs difficult to understand.

It stressed that its approval should not be deemed as a recommendation to subscribe to the public offering, noting that it merely means that the fund has met the legal requirements outlined in the Capital Market Law and its Implementing Regulations.
