Al Jouf Cement’s board accepted the resignation of Chairman Ahmed Al-Faleh


Al Jouf Cement Co. said its board accepted the resignation of Chairman Ahmed Al-Faleh, effective Nov. 30, 2025, though he will remain a board member, according to a statement on Tadawul.

 

The board appointed non-executive board member Eisa Ba-Eisa as chairman, effective Dec. 1, until the end of the current board term on Aug. 5, 2027. Ba-Eisa was also named to the executive committee and the nominations and remunerations committee.

 

Ba-Eisa holds a Ph.D. in business administration from Atlanta University in Georgia and master’s and bachelor’s degrees in business administration and mining engineering from King Abdulaziz University. He is accredited as a Certified Management Consultant by the Ministry of Commerce and as an Engineering Consultant by the Saudi Council of Engineers.

 

He currently chairs the board of Etihad GO Telecom and has more than 28 years of executive experience across the telecommunications, industrial and corporate governance sectors.

 

His career includes leading the transformation of Etihad Atheeb Telecommunication Co. since 2021, serving as CEO of companies in the cement and energy industries, and holding roles in the National Committee for Cement and the Arab Union for Cement and Building Materials.

 

He has also chaired and served on several executive, financial and governance committees in listed companies and is known for overseeing restructuring and strategy-driven corporate reforms.
