Yaqeen Capital rolls out fund with expected top line more than 5% of latest achieved revenues

Yaqeen Capital announced the launch and operations of Yaqeen Income Generating Fund 2, a private, closed-end real estate fund with a total investment size of approximately SAR 500 million.

 

The fund aims to acquire a diverse portfolio of real estate, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

Yaqeen Capital expected the fund to have a positive impact on the company's revenues, exceeding 5% of the total revenues in the latest audited annual financial statements
