Jabal Omar Development Co. received today, Dec. 1, the Ministry of Tourism license to operate the first and second towers of Phase 4 of the Jabal Omar project.

The towers will be managed by Rotana Jabal Omar Hotel and include 450 rooms and suites, along with a restaurant, café, meeting rooms, and a health club.

According to a Tadawul statement, Rotana Jabal Omar comprises three towers with 655 rooms and suites, connected to a retail center of about 16,000 sqm of leasable space and 131 parking spaces, while the company is completing procedures for the third tower’s license.

The company expects the hotel’s operations to boost revenues in Q1 2026 and plans to complete the remaining four Phase 4 towers, gradually handing them over to Sofitel Jabal Omar during the year.
