Shares of Nomu-listed Marble Design Co. go ex-bonus today, Dec. 2, provided the general assembly meets as scheduled.

 

The company’s board earlier recommended raising capital from SAR 60 million to SAR 75 million by issuing one bonus share for every four held, capitalizing SAR 15 million from retained earnings.

 

Marble Design said the increase is intended to support its strategic growth plans, fund future expansion, and strengthen its financial position and solvency.
