The Saudi Cabinet will convene a special session today, Dec. 2, to announce the state budget for 2026.

 

The Ministry of Finance earlier expected revenues and expenditures to reach SAR 1.14 trillion and SAR 1.31 trillion for 2026, with a deficit of SAR 166 billion.

 

It also projected 2025 revenues to hit SAR 1.09 trillion and spending to stand at SAR 1.33 trillion, respectively, with a SAR 245 billion deficit.
