Almarai CEO Abdullah Albader stepped down for personal reasons.

Almarai Co. said its board approved, on Dec. 2, the resignation of CEO Abdullah Albader, who stepped down for personal reasons, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

The resignation will take effect on Jan. 15, 2026, the company added.

 

Almarai will disclose further updates regarding the appointment of a new CEO in due course.

 

According to data compiled by Argaam, Albader was appointed CEO of Almarai on March 7, 2021.
