Saudi Printing appoints Waleed Albanawi as ِActing Managing Director

Saudi Printing says Acting MD appointment effective Dec. 9

Saudi Printing and Packaging Co.’s board of directors on Dec. 2 appointed Waleed Albanawi as Acting Managing Director, effective Dec. 9, with his membership status amended from an independent to executive as of the same date.

In a statement to Tadawul, Saudi Printing said Albanawi has more than 30 years of experience in investment and industrial sectors. He is a Saudi investor and entrepreneur and currently serves as founder and CEO of Banvest Group.

Albanawi previously held several leadership roles, including Vice Chairman and COO of Banawi Industrial Group, and CEO of JISR Venture Partners in Dubai. In 2023, he was appointed advisor to the Minister of Commerce.

He holds academic qualifications from INSEAD, France, and a Bachelor’s degree from Rice University, US.
