Saudi Aramco renews chemical supply contract with Al Battal Factory

Al Battal Factory says Saudi Aramco renewed its PAC-R chemical supply contract until December 2026

Al Battal Factory for Chemical Industries Co. (Al Battal Factory) received an official notice from Saudi Arabian Oil Co. (Saudi Aramco) on renewing Contract No. PA4600034800 for an additional period ending on Dec. 31, 2026, according to a statement to Tadawul.

The contract renewal aims to complete the supply of the remaining quantities of the contracted PAC-R-related product.

The contract’s value depends on the volume and value of the quantities supplied to Saudi Aramco, based on supply and demand during the contract’s term.

The contract extension would reflect positively on the company’s financial results during 2025-2026, within the contract period, based on the actual drawdown rates of the agreed quantities.

The company said it will continue to meet all operational and technical requirements in accordance with the standards approved by Saudi Aramco, noting that any material developments will be disclosed as they occur.

There are no related parties, the statement added.
