Shareholders of Arabian Internet and Communications Services Co. (solutions) said its shareholders elected a new board in an ordinary general meeting on Dec. 3.

 

The new board’s term runs from Dec. 22 to Dec. 21, 2029, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

The elected board members are Riyadh Muawad, Haithem AlFaraj, Mohammed Abdullah Alabbadi, Mathad AlAjmi, Motaz Ali Alangari, Ali Abdullah Alharbi, Abdulatif Ali Alseif, Fahad Abalkhail, and Fahad Almansour.
