Equipment House pens SAR 100M contract with Najran Health Affairs

Scientific and Medical Equipment House Co. (Equipment House) signed a contract worth nearly SAR 99.71 million (VAT inclusive) with the Najran Health Affairs General Directorate.

 

The deal is for the maintenance and repair of medical devices and equipment for the hospitals of Najran New, Najran General, Al-Amal Mental Health Complex, Regional Laboratory and Forensic Medicine, Dental Center, Thar, Maternity and Children, Habona, and Mobile Medical Team.

 

In a Tadawul statement, the company said the signing of the contract by both parties was completed, and the company’s copy was received today, Dec. 4.

 

However, due to the delay in completing the contract-signing procedures between both parties, issuing the final versions, and receiving the company’s copy, the commencement of the financial impact has been delayed to the second quarter of the 2026. In January, Equipment House received approval for the award of a competitive project from Najran Health Affairs General Directorate, valued at SAR 99.7 million (inclusive of VAT), with the financial impact anticipated to appear in the second quarter of 2025, according to Argaam data.
