In February 2025, WAJA Co.’s board of directors approved the company’s transition to TASI

WAJA Co. applied on Dec. 4 for transition from the Nomu-Parallel Market to the Main Market (TASI), according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

The application was submitted through the system specified by the issuing authority, WAJA said, noting that any updates in this regard will be disclosed in a timely manner.

 

In February 2025, the board of directors approved the company’s transition to TASI.

 

WAJA listed on Nomu in March 2023, with SAR 35 million capital at a nominal value of SAR 0.5 each, Argaam earlier reported.
