Amwaj International Co. detected preliminary indicators of financial and procedural irregularities at a branch, according to a statement to Tadawul.

Based on the company’s internal control systems, these irregularities were addressed in an early and precise manner, the statement added.

The management took regulatory measures and initiated the necessary investigations with the relevant authorities, including forming an internal investigation committee, appointing an independent external auditor, and taking all legal actions needed to safeguard the company’s interests.
