Al Jouf Cement signs a contract to supply all types of cement to Al-Inma National for export to Syria and Palestine.
Al Jouf Cement Co. signed a contract with Al-Inma National Co. valued at SAR 24.75 million, representing more than 9% of the company’s total revenues, according to its latest audited financial statements.
In a statement to Tadawul, the company said it will supply all types of cement to Al-Inma National for export to Syria and Palestine.
The award and contract signing took place on Dec. 7, with a one-year term running until Dec. 2026.
Al Jouf Cement said the contract will have a positive financial impact from Q4 2025 through Q4 2026 and confirmed that no related parties are involved.
