Itmam wins project from HRSD Ministry

Itmam Co. was awarded a project by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (HRSD) related to governance oversight visits for cooperatives, rounds four and five, according to a Tadawul statement.

 

The project value is estimated at more than 5% of the company’s total revenues for 2024.

 

The project is designed to conduct structured governance and supervisory visits, serving as a core mechanism to ensure that cooperative foundations adhere to all applicable regulations, executive and foundational bylaws, and established governance standards.

 

Besides, the project aims to strengthen the ability of supervisory entities to effectively monitor, assess, and enhance the performance and compliance of cooperative foundations.

 

The award letter was received today, Dec. 7, the company said, adding that there are no related parties involved.

 

According to Argaam data, Itmam revenues reached nearly SAR 68.7 million in 2024.
