CMA approves public offering of Blominvest Saudi Equity Fund

The CMA approved Blominvest Saudi Arabia’s request for the public offering of the Blominvest Saudi Equity Fund

The Capital Market Authority (CMA) approved Blominvest Saudi Arabia Co.’s request for the public offering of the Blominvest Saudi Equity Fund.

The regulator emphasized that its approval should not be deemed a recommendation to subscribe to the offering, noting that it only confirms that the fund has met the legal requirements set out in the Capital Market Law and its implementing regulations.

The CMA advised investors to carefully review the fund’s terms and conditions, which include detailed information on the fund, its investment strategy, and risk factors, in order to assess the associated risks. The authority also urged investors to consult the fund manager for clarification if any part of the terms and conditions is unclear.
