OPEC revealed in its monthly report, issued today, Dec. 12, that its crude oil prices fell during November for the second consecutive month, following a significant drop in October.
Data showed that the OPEC basket crude oil price averaged $64.46 a barrel in November, down 1.1% (or $0.74) from $65.2 in October.
