The Small and Medium Enterprises Bank (SME Bank) signed 19 cooperation agreements and memoranda of understanding (MoUs) with entities from both the public and private sectors, with a total value exceeding SAR 3 billion, in support of the development-financing ecosystem and the empowerment of SMEs.
The agreements were signed one the sidelines of the MOMENTUM 2025 conference.
The MOUs aim to build a unified developmental financing model that serves SMEs across various economic sectors, enhances integration among development entities under the umbrella of the National Development Fund, and contributes to improving financing efficiency and SME access to sustainable financing solutions.
The agreements included cooperation in strengthening guarantees, innovating financing products, developing financing programs for promising sectors, and sharing data and expertise, in addition to initiatives that support investment and the expansion of digital solutions for the sector.
