Enaya hosts shareholders’ forum on merger deal with Salama on Dec. 28

Saudi Enaya Cooperative Insurance Co. will hold a shareholders’ forum on Dec. 28, 2025, to discuss the proposed merger with Salama Cooperative Insurance Co.

According to a statement to Tadawul, the forum will be held from 6:30 pm to 9:00 pm.

Enaya requested that shareholders who would like to attend fill out the registration form that is attached because attendance is contingent upon prior registration. Registration must be completed by Sunday, December 21, 2025.

Attendance will be available in person or remotely and will be limited exclusively to shareholders who have confirmed their attendance and whose names are registered in the company’s shareholders’ register as of the date of the forum.

According to data available with Argaam, Enaya shareholders will hold an extraordinary general assembly meeting on Jan. 4, 2026, to vote on Salama’s offer submitted for the purpose of merging Enaya into Salama through the issuance of 18.89 million new shares of Salama and the termination of Enaya accordingly.
