WSM expects a positive financial impact from the deal in H1 2026

WSM for Information Technology Co. signed, on Dec. 8, a contract to provide consulting services to a government entity, with a value exceeding 13.5% of the company’s total revenues for 2024.

 

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said that all required signatures were obtained, and a copy of the contract was received on Dec. 14.

 

The 18-month contract is expected to have a positive financial impact in H1 2026.

 

There are no related parties to the deal, the statement added.

 

WSM posted SAR 29 million revenues in 2024. Of this, 13.5% amounts to SAR 3.9 million, Argaam data showed.
