Tihama Advertising, Public Relations & Marketing Co. reported that its accumulated losses reached nearly SAR 38.6 million after recently undergoing a capital cut, amounting to 16.82% of its SAR 229.22 million new capital.

Accordingly, Tihama has been eliminated from among listed firms whose accumulated losses exceed 20% of capital, triggering the removal of the orange alert on its trading screen, according to a Tadawul filing today, Dec. 15.

This reflects the success of Tihama’s capital restructuring and loss mitigation efforts, which should ultimately strengthen its financial position and support future plans.

Tha company also reaffirmed its commitment to improving its operational performance and financial efficiency in the coming period.

According to Argaam data, Tihama completed a capital reduction in November, cutting capital by 42.7% from SAR 400 million to SAR 229.22 million, as part of its strategy to offset accumulated losses.
