Idle land fee invoices in Riyadh to be issued starting January 1

Invoices for idle land fees in Riyadh will be issued starting Jan. 1, 2026, as per the White Land and Vacant Property Fees Law.

The taxpayer can request an extension for the development period upon the issuance of the Invoice. This extension is granted after approval by the competent committee, in accordance with the approved regulations, a post on X said.
