CMCER shareholders elected a new board for the upcoming four-year term

Canadian Medical Center Co. (CMCER) shareholders elected a new board for the upcoming four-year term, starting Dec. 28, 2025, during an ordinary general meeting (OGM) on Dec. 16, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

The newly elected board members are Khalid Al-Dossary, Abdullatif Almulhem, Fahad Al Misehal, Mohammed Al Qahtani, and Hamad AlDhewalia.
