Americana reappoints Mohamed Alabbar as Chairman

Americana Restaurants International Plc reappointed Mohamed Alabbar as Chairman and Abdulmalik Al-Hogail as Vice Chairman.

 

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said the board also formed the audit committee, comprising Subramanian Suryanarayan as Chairman, alongside Abdulmalik Al-Hogail and Graham Denis Allan.

 

The board further formed the nomination and remuneration committee, chaired by Arif Albastaki, with Majed Alassaf and Mariam Ghobash as members.

 

Meanwhile, the board appointed Saqib Awan as the company’s secretary.

 

According to Argaam data, shareholders have recently appointed seven board members for a period starting from Dec. 12, 2025.
