The lock-up period on Flynas Co.’s (flynas) major shareholders expired today, Dec. 17, six months after its shares listed on the Main Market (TASI) on June 18, 2025.
The lock-up was imposed on the major shareholders, who own 62.8% of the company’s capital.
Major shareholders are no longer required to obtain prior approval from the Capital Market Authority (CMA) to sell their shares.
