Aqaseem Factory for Chemicals and Plastics Co.’s board of directors reappointed today, Dec. 21, non-executive member Mohammed Al-Dosari as Chairman and executive member Faisal Al-Zahrani as Vice Chairman, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

In addition, Aqaseem’s board formed a remuneration and nomination committee, chaired by Hisham Moqren, with Anas Al-Khail and Faisal Al-Zahrani serving as members.

 

The board also appointed its secretary, and company representatives were designated before the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and the Saudi Exchange.

 

According to data available with Argaam, in a meeting held in November, the company’s ordinary general assembly elected board members for the upcoming four-year term ending on Dec. 16, 2029.
