Almuneef inks contract to build 3 factories in Al Kharj

Almuneef Company for Trade, Industry, Agriculture and Contracting signed an agreement with the competent construction authority to build three factories on the company’s industrial land plots in Al Kharj governorate.

 

In a statement to Tadawul, Almuneef said the move aligns with its expansion strategy under its new 2026–2030 strategic initiatives.

 

The step aims to diversify the company’s investments, Almuneef explained, noting that the construction process will be self-financed.

 

In June 2023, Almuneef purchased two industrial land plots in Al Kharj, with a combined area of 2,030.7 square meters (sqm), for SAR 2.1 million.

 

The plots will complement a previously acquired parcel for SAR 926,400 in the same industrial scheme, measuring 1,015.3 sqm.
