SHL reappoints Al-Shelash as Chairman, Obaid Al-Rasheed as Vice Chair

SHL Finance Co. said its board of directors reappointed Yousef Al-Shelash as Chairman, and Obaid Al-Rasheed as Vice Chairman.

 

In a statement to Tadawul, SHL said the decision was taken at the board meeting held on Dec. 3, when the Chairman and Vice Chairman were elected for the upcoming term, subject to the Saudi Central Bank’s (SAMA) approval.

 

The company added that the SAMA’s non-objection was received on Dec. 22.
