Arabian Internet and Communications Services Co.’s (solutions) board of directors, in its meeting held on Dec. 24, reappointed Riyadh Muawad as Chairman and Haithem AlFaraj as Vice Chairman, according to a statement to Tadawul.

The board also approved the formation of the executive committee, chaired by Riyadh Muawad and included Haithem AlFaraj, Mohammed AlAbbadi, Fahad Almansour, and Fahad Suliman as members.

The formation of the nomination and remuneration committee was also endorsed, with Fahad Suliman, Mathad Faisal AlAjmi, Mohammed AlAbbadi and Ahmad Alghamdi included.

The board further approved the formation of the investment committee, chaired by Riyadh Muawad and included Motaz Alangari, Fahad Almansour, and Ali Alharbi as members.

A secretary of the board was also named and the company’s representatives at the Capital Market Authority, the Saudi Tadawul Group, and the Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) were further appointed, the statement added.
