Marble Design completes building subsidiary’s showrooms, warehouses

Marble Design Factory Co. announced the 100% completion of the construction of showrooms and warehouses for its wholly-owned subsidiary, Tariq Al-Maskan Real Estate Development Co.

 

In a statement to Tadawul today, Dec. 28, Marble Design confirmed obtaining the necessary licenses and the start of operations. It said the financial impact of this expansion is expected to be reflected in the first half of 2026.

 

According to Argaam’s data, in August 2023, Tariq Al-Maskan purchased two land plots for SAR 4.95 million, as part of its plan to build a showroom and warehouse for the company’s products.

 

In August, Marble Design said it completed 90% of work on showrooms and warehouses for its subsidiary.
