Banan reappoints Abdulmohsen Alhakbani as Chairman, Ahmad Alhakbani as Vice

Banan Real Estate Co. said its board reappointed Abdulmohsen Alhakbani as Chairman and Ahmad Alhakbani as Vice Chairman, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

The board also reappointed CEO Majed Al-Nasser and approved the continuation of granting him full CEO powers.

 

In addition, the board approved the formation of a nomination and remuneration committee, naming Abdulaziz Al-Qabbani, Fahad Al-Ghamdi, and Khalid Al-Balawi as members.

 

A board secretary was appointed, and the company’s representatives at the Capital Market Authority, the Saudi Tadawul Group, and the Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) were confirmed, the statement added.
