CMCER reappoints Khalid Al-Ammar as Chairman, Hamad Al-Dhuwaili as Deputy

Canadian Medical Center Co.’s (CMCER) board of directors reappointed non-executive member Khalid Al-Ammar as Chairman and independent member Hamad Al-Dhuwaili as Vice Chairman, during a meeting held on Dec. 28.

 

CMCER also formed the audit committee and appointed to it four members. It further formed the nomination and remuneration committee, with four members, according to a statement to Tadawul. 

 

The board formed the executive and investment committees with five and three members, respectively.

 

In addition, Manar Al-Dokhi was appointed as Board Secretary.

 

The company also appointed its representatives before the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul).
