CMA compensates over 2,500 investors affected by Al Kathiri share violations

The Capital Market Authority (CMA) announced the compensation of more than 2,500 investors affected by violations related to Al Kathiri Holding Co. shares.
 
The violations were committed by three individuals, who, on August 17, 2023, were ordered by the Committees for the Resolution of Securities Disputes (CRSD)—following a lawsuit filed by the Public Prosecution and referred by the CMA—to pay SAR 60.74 million for the unlawful gains resulting from their actions.
