Alkhaleej Training’s subsidiary inks SAR 61.9M contract with ZATCA

Alkhaleej Training and Education Co. said that wholly-owned subsidiary Advanced Communications Systems and Solutions Co. - Smart Link signed a contract, on Dec. 30, with the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA) to operate and manage the authority's contact center for the year 2026.

 

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said that the contract is valued at SAR 61.87 million including VAT.

 

The contract term is one year starting on Feb. 6, 2026 and ending on Feb. 5, 2027, it added.

 

The company expects the contract to have a positive impact on its financial results starting from the year 2026 and part of 2027. There are no related parties involved.
