AWPT wins SAR 155.1M project with Jeddah Municipality

Alkhorayef Water and Power Technologies Co. (AWPT) said it won a project with the Jeddah Municipality valued at SAR 155.09 million, excluding value-added tax (VAT).

 

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said it will carry out cleaning operations for rainwater and surface water networks, as well as closed and open channels, in the sub-municipalities of Al-Balad (BA), Al Jami’ah (JA), and Umm Al-Salam (US) – 19320, over a 60-month period in Jeddah Governorate.

 

The project was awarded on Dec. 30, with the financial impact expected to begin reflecting in the second quarter of 2026.

 

AWPT said it will announce any further developments in due course, particularly after receiving the final version of the contract following signing by all concerned parties.

 

The company confirmed that no related parties are involved in the project.
