Alkhaleej Training unit signs SAR 15.9M deal with SERA

Alkhaleej Training and Education Co.’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Advanced Communications Systems and Solutions Co. (Smart Link), signed today, Dec. 31, a contract worth SAR 15.98 million (VAT inclusive) with the Saudi Electricity Regulatory Authority (SERA).

 

Under the contract, Smart Link will operate and manage the authority's contact center and digital channels, the company said in a filing to Tadawul.

 

The contract is valid for 24 months from the start of implementation. It will have a positive impact on the company's financials starting from 2026 and 2027.

 

There are no related parties to the deal, the statement noted.
