WAJA withdrew its request for transition to TASI, citing pending requirements.

WAJA Co. said it withdrew its request to transfer to the Main Market (TASI), citing the need to complete certain requirements related to the transition.

 

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said it will complete the requirements and resubmit its application later, adding that any updates will be announced in due course.

 

According to Argaam data, WAJA filed its application to move from the Nomu-Parallel Market to TASI in December 2025.

 

WAJA listed its shares on Nomu in March 2023. Its share capital stands at SAR 35 million, with a par value of SAR 0.5 per share.
