Tadawul Group named AlHumaid as Vice Chairman and formed committes


Saudi Tadawul Group Holding Co.’s shareholders appointed Mazen AlRomaih as Chairman of the board and Yazeed AlHumaid as Vice Chairman, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on Jan. 1, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

Shareholders also elected board members for the new four-year term, ending Jan. 1, 2030.

 

Additionally, they approved the formation of the nomination and remuneration committee, chaired by Olayan AlWetaid and included Sabti Al Sabti and Bandar bin Mogrin as members.

 

The formation of the governance, risk and compliance committee was also endorsed, with Rania Nashar as head of the committee and Khalid AlHussan, Xavier Rolet, Yahya AlJabr, and Maha AlSudairi as members.

 

The board secretary was named and the company’s representatives at the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) for all the purposes related to the Law, the Companies Law, their implementing regulations, other relevant regulations, and the rules on the offer of securities and continuing obligations were appointed.

 

The formation of the investment committee was ratified, including Mazen AlRomaih as Chairman, and Yazeed AlHumaid, Khalid AlHussan, Mohammed AlShammasi, and Eyas AlDossari as committee members.

 

Shareholders further approved the formation of the audit committee, headed by Mohammed AlHoshan, and included Abdullah AlAbduljabbar, Abdulhameed AlMuhaidib, Latifah AlSabhan and Abdulrahman AlBarrak as members.
