Alhasoob signs SAR 5M deal with TETCO

Alhasoob Co. signed today, Jan. 4, a contract with Tatweer Company for Educational Technologies (TETCO) worth SAR 5 million, excluding VAT, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

The company said the project involves the supply, renewal, and installation of technology spare parts for education departments and schools across various Saudi regions.

 

The financial impact of the 12-month contract may appear in the second half of 2026, the company noted.

 

There are no related parties to the deal, the statement said.
